Seven Winds Kitchen is a family business based pm a candy recipe handed down from my Mother, Berta Dee Gammon, and named for her. Although we have made candy for many years, it was 1994 before the idea developed into a business.

Our unique Peanut and Pecan Brittle is made in small batches and stretched paper thin to create a delicate and delicious candy.  Over the last several years other family recipes have been added to provide a diverse line of candies, cakes, and other baked delights.  All of our products are made with the finest ingredients, allowing us to continue the family tradition of offering good southern cooking.
